Focus: the hidden driver of excellence by Daniel Golman..

1. attention spam :

In the era of internet, it is becoming more and more difficult for us to focus on one place, this era has given us the habit of multi-tasking i.e. doing 2 to 3 things at the same time. In such a situation it is difficult to focus (stay on one task for several hours).

The solution is if we stop a little and look at our life, then we too can become like our favorite hero, charater and human being. We just need to take some steps.

2. Improve focus:

It is very important to have self-control to improve focus: what we are doing, how we are doing it, and where our mind is taking us.

The second thing we have to do right is self-improvement: it means learning new things.

3. Self Control:

Have you ever self-controlled means: waiting too long for something or a person. In this, I considered one thing that when we do this, patience comes in us. We are not in a hurry. All this is very rare in today's generation. Because they want everything quickly and then get it. Therefore their life is very boring.

4. Basics:

Have you ever heard the name of selective attention? It happens that you catch something like I thought I had to be a successful writer in 10 years.. Now my mind will work on it, it will somewhat ignore the problems that come in the way. But it comes with 2 more terms like:

There are two types of distractions. The first one is: sensory distraction. In this, our senses make us wander here and there.. It includes seeing, hearing, smelling etc.

The second is Emotional distraction; This happens when we are sitting comfortably and someone calls our name, then we leave everything and turn towards him.

It is very important to remove it.

Therefore, selective attention is very important to immerse yourself in work for a long time.

5. Wandering Mind:

In this the mind wanders a lot, from one thought to another, from one memory to another and then you get lost in it, sad, silent.. Such a mind is right for work like It is very good for a writer to have it because he only writes his thoughts in it.. so his mind is completely free to go from one thought to another..

But staying for a long time will also harm you a lot. For that, stop inside and take a break, take a nap, or get up and go out, listening to the birds.

It will set you apart a bit. You cannot imprison your mind, so set it free.

6. What is the most valuable thing in your life?

Whatever will be valuable for you, your mind will continue to work hard for it, whether it is to get a person or a thing. Like a writer, a hero, or a painter, the most important thing is his creativity, so he will continue to work hard for it.

All you have to do is see what is important to you, the focus will come automatically and you will start analyzing everything in your life.

7. Self-awareness:

Self-awareness is extremely important to make yourself good and creative. This is because with this you will see every problem that comes in your life, you will not get angry for no reason, even if you do, you will consider why it happened..

8. A thousand hours of practice:

You must have heard this term many times that the more times you practice something or the more hours you put in, you will achieve excellence in it, but now this is not the case at all.. Any creative or successful person you You will never see them working all the time, they work in short periods and take long breaks, which keeps the mind relaxed and also works on new ideas
